Exploration of metal–ligand complexation (Ru, Zn, Fe, Ir) as a strategy to enhance the stability, bioavailability, and biological activity of naturally occurring compounds.


2. Natural Compounds and Hydrogel-Based Wound Healing Systems

Development of bioactive hydrogels incorporating plant-derived compounds for diabetic and chronic wound treatment, combining experimental studies with computational insight.


3. Water-Soluble Ruthenium-Based Anticancer Agents

Design, synthesis, and computational evaluation of ruthenium complexes with improved solubility, reduced toxicity, and targeted anticancer activity.


4. Mechanistic Studies of Bioactive Molecules

Mechanistic investigation of antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer pathways using molecular docking, molecular dynamics, and theoretical chemistry approaches.


5. AI-Assisted Molecular Design and Optimization

Application of artificial intelligence and data-driven methods to guide molecular modification, predict biological activity, and overcome limitations of classical trial-and-error approaches.
